How long does my listing last?
Free listing are initially until 1st January 2025. We reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for listings after this time, you will be contacted if this is applicable and you have the right to cancel your listing at any time.
Will a Premium listing service be offered in the future?
Yes, in future phases we aim for there to be an option to add many more features to your listing!
How do I remove my listing from the Directory?
Please use the 'delete' button in the edit Company option. You have the right to delete your listing at any time. All data from the listing will be removed from all our databases and irretrievable. If the listing is required again, it will have to be requested again as a new listing.
Can non-vegan businesses register?
Unfortunately we are a vegan only directory. We do not and cannot list anything vegetarian or nearly vegan. Please come back when your business is vegan
Where are the VBN directory team based?
We are based in the UK but the Vegan Business Networking communities and Directory are international.

Can I create multiple listings for my different businesses?
Yes, but please note we only allow one email address per listing, so if you have more than one business you can create accounts for each but a different email address must be used for each.
Why can't I add extra images and video?
This function will be available in our Premium Membership - coming soon!
Why am I getting the error message 'email must be a valid email address'?
Our System carries out lots of checks to stop fake registrations and Bots, therefore please check that the email address you are using is correct.
It could also be a setup issue of the email address.
Why am I getting the error message 'email address already taken'?
Please check the spelling. This can also indicate that the email address your are trying to use is registered to another company in our Directory.
Why can't I write more in my summary
The Summary section is set to a maximum of 50 characters
What is the maximum file size for my logo?
Max logo size - 1mb
What is the maximum file size for my cover image?
Cover image size - 2mb
The logo and cover image options are unable to offer the upload of a video.
How long will it take for my listing to appear in the Directory?
We aim to approve and list within 7 days. You will receive an email when your listing is live.
Do you hold VBN networking Events?
Currently the VBN networking events are paused.
